Lindsay is a Nurse Practitioner at Roots & Wings to provide an added layer of collaborative, whole-person care. Her role is to support clients when medical evaluation, prescription management, or advanced diagnostic insight is helpful—while keeping care grounded in the midwifery model and the individual needs of each client.

Lindsay brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach and values informed consent, shared decision-making, and respectful care. She collaborates seamlessly with our midwives behind the scenes and, when appropriate, directly with clients to ensure continuity and confidence throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Having an in-house Nurse Practitioner allows us to offer truly integrated care—bridging holistic midwifery wisdom with medical expertise—so our clients don’t feel bounced between providers or systems. It’s one more way we prioritize safety, autonomy, and personalized care at every stage.
