The services we offer are provided by Certified Professional Midwives who are licensed in the state of Tennessee. All services are subject to state laws and regulations, and by engaging with us, you acknowledge and accept the scope of our services.

While we provide professional midwifery care based on evidence and experience, our services are not a substitute for medical advice from your healthcare provider. It is important to consult with your physician or healthcare provider for any concerns regarding your health or pregnancy. Roots & Wings Midwifery does not provide emergency care, and in the event of a medical emergency, you must contact emergency medical services.

3. Service Availability

Our midwifery services are available in the following areas: Knoxville, Maryville, Oak Ridge, and Kingston, Tennessee. If you are outside of these areas, please contact us to verify if we can accommodate your needs.

4. Appointment Scheduling

All appointments, including prenatal and postpartum visits, must be scheduled in advance. Roots & Wings Midwifery reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments if necessary. 5. Payment Terms

Our services are provided for a fee, and all payments must be made according to the agreed-upon payment plan. Payments are accepted via [insert payment methods].
